The customer should immediately notify TelecomSquare of any theft, loss or damage to the Equipment and provide evidence of theft by submitting a written police report. Without evidence, the amount covered for the compensation fee will be 50%.

Itemized billing includes call destinations and call duration of each outgoing call.
This service enables you to retrieve messages from the Message service center, in case you are out of range of the carrier signal or when the signal is cut off.
1,050 yen/handset will be charged when making cancellation 2 days before the picking date or after.
You can receive our rental phones at your designated address (i.e. hotel) one day prior to the first day of the rental period by courier delivery. If you wish to receive more than one day before the first day of the rental period, you will be charged per day for each phone.
