| You can pick up/drop off our rental phones at all the departure and arrival floors of Narita, Kansai and Centrair (
Nagoya) and Fukuoka airport. Especially the 7 counters at Narita Airport are exclusively for rental mobile phones run by our company staffs. We have a logistics center inside Narita Airport and realized the industries' first walk-in rental services with our abundant stock. Further each counter is connected to the main server system, which enables our customers to pick up/drop off our products at any airport counter. |

You can receive our rental phones at your designated address (i.e. hotel) one day prior to the first day of the rental period by courier delivery.If you wish to receive more than one day before the first day of the rental period, you will be charged ¥630/day for each phone. Please be notified that the delivery fee will be at customer's expense.

If you wish to return our rental phones by courier delivery, if you are unable to return the phones at our airport counters(some counters have Return Boxes:Please read “Return Box” below for details"), or if you choose to return the phones at Fukuoka Airport, please send back the phones to the address below using a courier service. Please be notified that the delivery fee will be at customer's expense except returns at Fukuoka Airport. For customers who wish us to make advance payment for the delivery fee, return slip will be enclosed in the rental phone package.
