Collecting the mobile phone
- Pick up at counter
Receive the phone at the counter where you will be asked to present credit card along with business card or passport.

The phone can be delivered to the address you specify required. (Japan Only)

Returning the mobile phone
- Return at counter
After use, return the mobile phone by the means agreed when you made the original application for the phone rental service.

Billing
On-site payment not available at 1st floor of Kansai airport and Centrair. A receipt will be sent to you later.
- R type / IDII type / IDIII type / Asian phone / U.S.A./Canada Type
Your bill will be calculated at the airport counter using the call timer in the phone and charged to your credit card.
- ID type
A receipt will be sent to you by fax or email about 10 days later. Your bill will be charged to your credit card at a later date.

- Notes on Charges*
- Consumption tax of 5% is included to all charges.
- We hold 30,000 yen as deposit on your credit card. This will be canceled after the settlement.
- Rental period is calculated on a day basis, not a 24-hour calendar day basis.
- Call time is calculated by the phone's built-in timer, which also allows you to check the call time yourself during your rental period.
- A detailed calling report is NOT available with this service.
Disclaimer
Even inside the service area, it may not be possible to use the mobile phone in certain tunnels, underground locations, buildings or other locations where radio waves cannot be received, or in outdoor locations if the radio signal is poor. Also, it will sometimes not be possible to use the phone on the top floors of tall buildings, apartment blocks or in other high locations offering a panoramic view. This company shall not be liable for loss or damages arising from inability to use the phone. For other items, please read the Conditions of Rental thoroughly.
