• The name of the cardholder must be the same as the applicant's name or the user's name.
• We take a pre-authorization, when you rent a mobile phone and charge you total amount when you return.
• Single Payment only.
• Our rental service requires 30,000yen as a deposit per handset or per month in case
  
  1. more than 3 handsets are rented;
  2. type JP-1 or type JP-4 is rented;
  3. the rental period is over 30 days;
  4. it is not possible to pay at the airport counters (i.g. returning in Nagoya Airport or by courier delivery). The difference between the deposit and the total billing amount will be refunded.;

・Notice

The customer should immediately notify TelecomSquare of any theft, loss or damage
to the Equipment and provide evidence of theft by submitting a written police report.
Without evidence, the amount covered for the compensation fee will be 50%.

■Cancellation fee

1,050 yen/handset will be charged when making cancellation 2 days before the picking date or after.
